In my personal training sessions in Barcelona, I will guide you through each of the exercises and practices so that you can not only make the most of the dynamics themselves, but also be able to evaluate your own progress and independently apply all the knowledge I pass on to you.

You will learn to give your all in a personal training session that you'll feel comfortable with and where you can disconnect by performing high-intensity exercises for an hour, which you will undoubtedly get much more out of after a few sessions. Furthermore, I will always be there when you need me, not only during the workouts but also to resolve any questions you may have on this topic.

👉🏽 Currently, I conduct most of my classes at a gym located at C/Paris 128, but I can also travel to your location or home if you prefer the in-home training modality, and I also conduct online sessions and follow-ups for those of you who are not from Barcelona.
